South Plumridge (E28/2937)
The South Plumridge licence is located within the Fraser Range gravity high and is currently being explored by IGO under the terms of the BOA : IGO completed in October 2020. The tenement has a total area of 100km2 and is located approximately 20km NNW of the Legend Mining Mawson nickel discovery.
IGO have identified 3 initial targets as potential hosts of nickel-copper-cobalt primary sulphide mineralisation, namely, North Emperor, Mahli West and Fletching. IGO will advance exploration activities on all targets with aircore drilling and Electromagnetic surveys scheduled for 2022.
