FRASER RANGE PROJECTS

The Company has successfully strengthened its position within the Fraser Range from Fraser Range South (E63/1859) in the southern-most part of the Fraser Range Gravity high to Giles (ELS28/2952) being the most-northern held tenement of the Fraser Range.

The Fraser Range remains the ‘hottest’ region for new nickel projects with two (2) new discoveries in recent years – the Creasy Group’s Silver Knight deposit (now subject to acquisition from IGO) and Legend Mining’s Mawson Prospect.

Boadicea has strategically positioned itself proximal to all three (3) significant nickel discoveries in the Fraser Range, represented by the nine tenements subject to the IGO deal. The Company’s position in the region has grown substantially with a total holding of approximately 740 square kilometres. The Symons Hill licence (E28/1932) remains the flagship project with exciting prospectivity for Nova-Bollinger style nickel-copper mineralisation approximately 3km from the Nova mine.

Boadicea retains an extensive exploration tenement holding within the Fraser Range gravity high region of Western Australia. This includes 11 granted licences. The granted licences are:

In September 2020, BOA announced the completion of a Sale Agreement with IGO for nine Fraser Range exploration tenements. This allows IGO exclusive exploration access for a 5-year period for a payment of $7.0 million and a further $50 million payment upon declaration of a JORC resource. BOA retains ownership of all nine tenements until the JORC resource is declared and the $50m payment is received.
